Module 3: Self Management and Emotional Intelligence

Learn to express your emotion and develop gratitude towards enhancing emotional intelligence and show up as a leader.


Module 4: Unblock your Emotions to achieve your goals.

Personalised coaching conversation to discover what’s coming in your way of leading a balanced life.


Module 5: Are you communicating it right?

Develop the required vocabulary, communicate and channelize your emotions in the right manner for the well being of oneself and others.


Module 6: Habit formation on managing your emotions.

Put together what you have discovered and strategize your habit formation by taking systemic approach to sustain the balance.


What to expect in this program?

This program is designed to build impactful skills that embraces science with Indic knowledge through guided facilitation, stories, games, analogies, hands-on activities that brings in self-awareness based learning creating a positive impact. It is focused on bridging the gap between theory and practise.
